Shipping Time Required

Processing time is required in addition to shipping time. All products will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. As stocks are held in both the UK and the U.S.A delivery times to all countries are dependant on from which country it is shipped, please see individual item descriptions for details of which country it will be shipped from. The chart below is typical delivery times from each country but is not guaranteed as factors such as customs clearance can adversely affect the delivery timescale. If your order includes items shipped from the UK and U.S.A your order will arrive in 2 seperate packages.

UK to UK Royal Mail 1st class 1 to 3 working days

UK to UK Royal Mail std parcels 3 to 5 working days.

UK to Europe Royal Mail airmail 5 to 10 working days.

UK to Worldwide Royal Mail airmail 7 to 15 working days.

U.S.A to U.S.A: Priority Mail 2 to 3 working days.

U.S.A to Canada: Global Priority Mail 4 to 6 working days.

U.S.A to UK & Europe: Global Priority or Airmail 14 to 28 working days.

U.S.A to Worldwide: Airmail 14 to 28 working days.

Product Availability & Returns

If a product is temporarily out of stock you will not be able to add this product to your shopping cart. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled, you will receive a prompt, full refund.

Before returning any product, you must contact us before returning. We accept any product returned providing it is either still in its original packaging and/or all labels are still attached for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, giving details of your reason for returning. Once we have received your request to return an item you will be given details of where you should return your item. You must return it in a secure and safe manner and it is advised that you return it with proof of delivery as we can not be responsible for any loss on return to us. Return postal charges are at your own expense.

Important: If damage occurs during shipment, please save the original packaging and contact us immediately.

If you havent received your item after a period of reasonable time has elapsed please contact us to report a possible loss in transit. Please be aware that the postal services do not recognize an item as lost in transit until a period of 4 weeks has passed from date of posting.

Customs

All packages sent from one country to another have to pass through customs control. We are not responsible for any excess fees deemed payable by your countries customs depot and in the event of your package having any excess fee levied on it, it is solely your responsibility for payment of these fees. As each country has different import rules and regulations it is strongly advised that you check your countries customs web site for up to date information.
