Q: How do I know my payment & credit/debit card details are safe?

They also give full buyer protection against all transactions made using their payment system. No information regarding your credit/debit cards are taken or stored on our site.

Q: Could you tell me the size of this garment? What size is this for my country?

A: All sizes and ages given are as they appear on the tags for the garments, to check which size or age is best for you please see our size conversion tables.

Q. Do you have this in other sizes or colours?

A. All stock held is listed. If you do not see a size or colour then at present we do not have any in stock.

Q. I tried to order something but it wouldnt let me, why?

A. The item or size you are trying to order is out of stock.

Q. Why are some items posted from the UK & others from the U.S.A?

A. In order to offer you the best deal we can & to optimise the shipping timescale to countries throughout the world.

Q. Do you accept payment via postal/money orders, cheque, bank transfer or cash?

A. No. All payments must be made via our secure server PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this checkout facility.

Q. What currencies do you accept?

A. We accept payments through our checkout system made in British £ sterling, U.S $ Dollars, Euros, Canadian $ Dollars and Australian $ Dollars

Q. I havent received any notifications about my order.

A. Please check your email spam / junk folder as many email servers will place unrecognised emails into this folder.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my item/s.

A. No problem. We have a translation system available so please ask in your own language & we will respond in your language.

A. Yes. Everything we sell is from licensed suppliers.
